Delivery
We aim to ensure your parcel always reaches you without problem. All parcels are sent by Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery. An undelivered parcel is not deemed missing until 15 working days from the date of posting. After this time the Post Office will investigate and check for proof of non-delivery. They will not do this until the 15 working days have passed. Therefore any missing items will not be refunded until the Post Office has confirmed they were not delivered.

Our aim is to provide you with colour photographs which are as accurate as possible but there may be slight variations in the colour, such as with the browser set up on your computer.
Unfortunately sometimes an error or inaccuracy may occur including price, colour or description. If we make such an error, we will notify you of the correct details and ask if you wish either to continue with your purchase or cancel your order. If we are unaware with the error or incorrect information we will aim to rectify as soon as it becomes known.
