Postage & Delivery

Once we receive your order we aim to post at the earliest possible time. For items in stock, orders received before 4.00pm will be posted the same day. After 4.00pm we will post the following day. If paying by cheque we will post the same day the funds clear our account.

Pre-orders and Special Orders
Items will be posted once they come into stock. Your card will be charged when you place your order.

Gift Wrapping
All items purchased are carefully wrapped before posting. If you require any additional gift wrapping please just ask us and we will be happy to accommodate.

The delivery times that we have quoted are to avoid disappointment. In most cases the delivery time will be much less than quoted.

Please Note - we do not specify a maximum amount of items. If, however, the order is a lot larger than average, we may ask for an additional payment towards the extra postage costs. We would always request this prior to processing your order and require your payment before sending.

There is no VAT on childrens clothes within the UK which may make a considerable saving. Please remember that local import duties may be payable on receipt in non EU Countries.

Returns Policy

We offer a no quibble returns policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will offer you a refund or replacement - no quibbles. All we ask is that the item is returned within 14 days - unworn - with tags still attached. We are only able to refund your postage costs if the item is being returned due to a fault. In this instance we ask you to obtain proof / cost of postage and send at time of return. Please remember that we are unable to refund your monies until the item has been received and until that time it is still your responsibility.
